Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for keeping the ConnektSphere community safe, active, and engaging. The work moves across major platform features like News Feed, Groups, Pages, Blogs, Forums, Events, Watch, Albums, Jobs, Fundings, and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor content across the platform, including News Feed, Popular Posts, Saved Posts, Groups, Pages, Blogs, Events, and Forums.

- Review and take action on posts across Watch, Albums, Jobs, Fundings, and Open to Work sections.

- Identify and remove spam, misleading content, and rule violations.

- Respond to user reports and provide clear resolutions.

- Support healthy conversations, defuse conflicts, and guide discussions when needed.

- Welcome new members and help users navigate platform features.

- Highlight quality content and encourage positive engagement.

- Track recurring issues and share insights with the internal team.

- Maintain consistency in applying community rules and moderation standards.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills and calm problem solving.
- Good judgment and the ability to make fair decisions.
- Understanding of online community behavior.
- Comfort working across multiple content areas and features.
- Ability to stay objective while handling sensitive situations.

- Prior experience with moderation or community management.
- Interest in digital communities, social platforms, or user engagement.
